Saturday 8 August. BDCA 50-mile TT. Howard rides his trike to a sub 2-hour time. 1:59:27 Results

Saturday 25 July 2009. Howard failed to finish the National 24-hour TT, retiring after 20 hours and 366 miles on his trike with hypothermia brought on by the rainy and cold conditions on Sunday morning (and a lack of winter riding gear!)

Sunday 19 July. North Middx and Herts CA 100-mile TT. John French shows his class of old by riding to a storming 4:14:44 on a hard wet and blowy day on the F1/100. Fastest 100 from an OCRC rider this year. Results. Picture climbing up Blunham Hill on the finishing loop:

Saturday 18 July. North Notts Olympic RC 25 mile TT. Howard and Mark break the club tandem 25-mile record by just 10 seconds with their best ever ride on a blustery day on the A25/25

Saturday 28th June: Leo RC 30-mile tandem TT. On a windy day in Cambridgeshire, Howard and Mark beat the 52-year old club record, with 1:00:47. Results here.
